What does it cost the merchant?
Nothing. The service is paid for by the client companies that mandate e-invoicing to obtain their invoices. For you: no subscription, no integration fee, no hidden cost.
Do I have to change my till or software?
No. You can simply answer requests by email or via the upload link, without installing anything. If you want full automation, we connect your existing system through standard connectors (Sumup, Zelty, Lightspeed…) or an API.
Who issues the invoice, and in whose name?
e-invoicing issues it, under the mandate you grant us (art. 289 of the French General Tax Code). The invoice is produced in your name, with your seller details, then transmitted to the customer. You write nothing, check nothing, send nothing.
What happens to my till data?
The connection is encrypted (TLS) and the processing is covered by a data-processing agreement (GDPR). Only the data needed to issue and transmit your invoices goes up, and it stays yours.
